Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping: Please give us 3-4 business days to process your order before shipping out. All tracking numbers will be sent by email.
Return: Items made by Chambers Clothing can be returned if it is the incorrect size and/or order. Customers must email to determine eligibility of return at email@example.com. Customers should provide a detailed explanation for the return and keep in mind, Chambers Clothing has the RIGHT to deny clients of a return. There is NO REFUND, customers will receive store credit as a result of the item being returned.
Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Customers must email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to provide the order number and name along with what items that need to be exchanged.
